Every surface, its own technology.

From material selection to surface finishing. A complete range of industrial and concrete flooring, with solutions defined according to intended use.

Industrial concrete flooring

A cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab, sized to withstand intense static and dynamic loads. Thickness, reinforcement and concrete type are defined according to the expected load and intended use: there is no such thing as a standard industrial floor.

Slab thickness10–30 cm
ReinforcementWelded wire mesh or steel fibers
FinishQuartz dry-shake 3–5 kg/m² or applied to refusal
FlatnessIn line with good construction practice

Permeable concrete

An open-graded mix design with no fine sand. The porous structure (15–25% interconnected voids) allows over 1,000 l/m²/h to pass through, eliminating surface standing water and helping recharge groundwater.

Drainage capacity> 1,000 l/m²/h

Exposed-aggregate concrete

The surface is washed in the first hours of setting to expose the aggregates. The result is a naturally slip-resistant surface with distinctive visual appeal, ideal for squares, roundabouts, pedestrian paths and prestigious architectural settings.

The appearance varies depending on the chosen aggregate — river gravel, marble, porphyry or granite — to integrate with the urban and architectural design.

Finishes and services

On existing floors too.

Grinding and polishing

Progressive-grit diamond grinding, silicate densification and final polishing. An ultra-compact surface ranging from matte to mirror gloss, on new or existing concrete.

Matte · Satin · Mirror gloss

05

Restoration and repair

Restoration of deteriorated flooring: joint filling with two-component polyurethane, surface consolidation, dust-proofing treatments. Preliminary diagnosis to reduce production downtime.
