Last updated: 2 October 2026
This notice explains how we process the personal data of users who browse this website or submit a request through the quote form, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is Pavimenti Industriali S.r.l., with registered office at Via Di Carraia, 69 — 55012 Capannori (LU), VAT No. 02526360504.
Email: info@pavimentiindustrialisrl.it — Certified email (PEC): pavimentiindustrialisrl@pec.it.
2. What data we collect
Through the quote request form we collect the data that users voluntarily provide:
- full name;
- company, if applicable;
- phone number and email address;
- project information (type of service, surface area, project location, description).
While browsing, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type) may also be collected through the hosting server's standard logs, for security and website operation purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data provided through the form is processed exclusively to respond to the quote or contact request, manage any site survey and follow up on the relationship. The legal basis is the data subject's consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at their request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
4. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed using IT tools, with security measures adequate to prevent loss, unlawful or unauthorized use. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request and, in the case of a business relationship, for the resulting legal obligations; for requests with no follow-up, for a maximum of 24 months.
5. Data disclosure
Data is not disclosed or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed, as Data Processors, by the website's technical service providers (hosting and email), to the extent necessary to provide the service.
In particular, requests sent through the quote form are recorded and managed using Google services (Google Ireland Ltd.): the data is saved in a spreadsheet reserved for the company and a confirmation email is sent to the address provided. Google acts as Data Processor; this may involve transfers of data to the United States, based on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use profiling or marketing cookies and does not embed third-party content (maps, videos, social media). Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to external services while you browse.
Technical tools only. The site does not set cookies and does not store any data in your browser: it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. For this reason, under the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines (June 2021), no consent banner is required.
Future changes. If statistics tools or third-party content are introduced in the future, they will only be activated with your prior consent through a dedicated banner, and this policy will be updated.
7. Data subject rights
Data subjects may at any time exercise the rights provided for under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and data portability. Requests should be sent to info@pavimentiindustrialisrl.it. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Changes to this notice
The Data Controller reserves the right to update this notice. Any changes will be published on this page along with the date of the last update.
