With over twenty years of experience in concrete flooring, we have built up expertise that leads companies, design firms and public bodies to entrust us with their most demanding projects: from automated logistics facilities to the redevelopment of squares and roundabouts.
Every project begins with a technical site survey: subgrade bearing capacity, design loads, required flatness. These are the factors that determine the flooring's specifications. Levels and dimensions are set using laser technology, for precise, uniform installation on every surface.
We operate with our own equipment throughout central and northern Italy, maintaining direct control over every stage of execution — from installation to surface finishing.

Our method
Five phases. Nothing left to chance.
Technical site survey
A free on-site visit to assess load type, intended use and subgrade conditions. It is the starting point of every quote.
Material selection
We define thickness, reinforcement and concrete type based on the design provided by the client's appointed engineer, when present, and on the experience gained across thousands of projects when the choice is left to us.
Preparation and installation
When the subgrade is not already prepared, we handle it with the help of specialized companies. Installation of the layers and pouring with a dedicated concrete mix design, using laser technology to control levels and dimensions.
Surface finishing
Surface finishing and joint cutting, according to the type of flooring and intended use.
Post-installation support
On request, we remain available for maintenance and restoration work even long after installation.
Equipment and team
Direct control, from installation to finishing.
We work with our own equipment and installation teams specialized in concrete work: laser instruments for level control, power trowels, and equipment for joint cutting and grinding.
Always working with the same teams and our own equipment means keeping to agreed timelines and ensuring consistent quality across every square meter installed.
